How to solve problem with "The icon for your application is not valid. Please use a 48×48 PNG"

STORY:
I waste 2 hours last evening to figure out  why i saw message:
"The icon for your application is not valid. Please use a 48×48 PNG"
My awesome handmade icon in paint was .png file and it was correct size, but Google still said ...
"The icon for your application is not valid. Please use a 48×48 PNG"

My brain was full of cozy quotations about Google  like "WTF is wrong with  Developer Console ", "Nosz do kurwy nędzy,co temu pierdolonej konsoli znowu odpierdala" *  and other compliments.
So ... went wrong?

SOLUTION:
Let's start from good news.My icon was perfectly fine,HOWEVER .... My app_name has funky special character  "\n"  that split title into 2 lines.... and Google Play didn't like it,but instead of complaining about it then decide to complain about innocent icon.

So remember kids:
DO NOT PUT SPECIAL CHARACTER (like \n) INTO as name of your application in Android Manifest file or you will have groovy time with mental madness caused by tricky error message on Developer Console.

Thank you Google for destroy my Sunday evening.

* it is not a gentle compliment ,so i will not translate into English.
