I fixed few various annoying bugs and few words,sentences and etc.

  1. add event show pinyin
  2.  add rate me menu
  3.  balance changes for jackpot
  4.  improve GUI
  5. fix java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException
  6. fix  java.lang.RuntimeException in android.os.Handler.
