How to solve common problems running program on Android from Eclipse?

Since I start learning how to write programs on Android in Eclipse i have discover that 95%* of my problems with run android program  from Eclipse is solved by press Project/Clean in menubar in Eclipse.

From my little experience i learnt that best approach is
1)change your program
2)save all
3)clean
4)run as

btw. my first impression about learning Android ?

Android development looks like living in house which under construction on construction site.

  *For all  who concern what happen with rest 5%  i explain that (4% problems with syntax which i appear after i save all files of project, 1% bugs and my silly mistakes)
